Compliance Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Sliema, Malta; hybrid work

Light & Wonder develops cross-platform games and entertainment technology, including the OpenGaming platform for digital gaming providers.

What you will do

• Support due diligence reviews through document collection, information checks, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate due diligence records, trackers, registers, and document repositories.
• Prepare summaries and updates on due diligence matters for internal review.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and keep compliance actions on track.
• Liaise with regulators and customers where required.
• Assist with compliance procedures, templates, guidance materials, regulatory reporting, and wider project support.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, legal support, regulatory affairs, risk, audit, licensing, due diligence, or a similar office-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents, records, and information.
• Good communication and organisational skills, including task, deadline, and follow-up management.
• Ability to follow procedures, exercise sound judgement, and collaborate across the business.

Nice to have

• Regulatory compliance experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience with licensing, AML, or KYC.
