Member Programme Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate and produce member events and partnership programmes from briefing through build-up and breakdown.
• Manage stakeholders across food and beverage, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Run the Dear Neighbour programme and maintain local partnerships with brands and organisations.
• Manage the NextGen programme calendar and adapt formats for the local community.
• Promote upcoming events, manage event content and ticketing on the digital community platform, and analyse event data.
• Collect member feedback during events and share insights with the wider team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in contacting partners and collaborators.
• Creative mindset, strong visual sense, and hands-on event production skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of programme execution.
• Fluent English required.
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events require it.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Knowledge of local trends, events, and community activity in Florence.
• Additional language skills.
