What you will do

• Own B2B client relationships, serving as the primary contact for communication, expectations, and escalations.
• Drive client delivery from request to completion by translating client needs into actions and coordinating internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage account financial operations, including invoicing and tracking revenue, costs, and P&L performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand client accounts and communicate them to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong client, stakeholder, and expectation management skills, including escalation handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive work across teams without direct authority.
• Solid project management skills covering planning, prioritization, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking.
• Commercial and financial understanding, including invoicing, revenue and cost tracking, and basic account P&L.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-moving environment.
