Project Manager/Junior Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage B2B client relationships, daily communication, expectations, and escalations.
• Drive client delivery from request through completion by coordinating internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate invoicing and track account revenue, costs, and P&L performance.
• Understand client needs, identify improvement or expansion opportunities, and communicate them to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong client, stakeholder, and expectation management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive topics to completion across teams without direct authority.
• Project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking.
• Commercial and financial understanding, including invoicing, revenue and cost tracking, and basic account P&L.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-moving environment.
