Payroll Specialist with German

Location: Poland; hybrid work with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

Annual salary: PLN 70,500–139,900 base salary, with possible variable incentives.

What you will do

• Administer employee payroll, tax, insurance, leave, and working-time data.
• Coordinate payroll data inputs with HR.
• Serve as the payroll contact for DACH employees and answer salary-related queries.
• Perform post-payroll data controls and support audits.
• Prepare work certificates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or another relevant field, with some Finance experience.
• Very good German language skills required.
• At least basic knowledge of labor law.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Payroll experience is advantageous.
• SAP or GlobalView knowledge is advantageous.
