What you will do

• Deliver accurate payroll services for SAP Managed Payroll Services and BPO customers in line with processes, standards, and SLAs.
• Manage payroll controls, compliance checks, payment releases, garnishments, statutory reporting, and year-end activities.
• Resolve complex payroll cases, act as a first escalation point, and support Payroll Administrators with guidance and training.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing country-specific processes, deviations, local requirements, and client needs.
• Own change orders, including requirements gathering, pricing, implementation, documentation, and training.
• Support system updates and implementations through testing, parallel processing, UAT, and validation of configuration changes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within an enterprise BPO environment.
• Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Control Centre.
• Experience delivering payroll services to multinational clients and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPI measurement and reporting, payroll compliance, controls, and reporting to local authorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English and the local language are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tooling.
• Experience with inbound and outbound payroll interfaces.
• CPP, CPS, or CPM certification.
