Payroll Advisor with German (Loga Team): Preparing payroll accounting and maintaining payroll data for customers in a hybrid Poland-based role with an accent on German payroll-related communication, tax and social security topics, and detailed employee cases. Focus on resolving payroll issues, supporting customers and authorities, producing payroll evaluations, and completing year-end processing.
Location: Hybrid in Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław or Poznań, Poland; CET

What you will do
- Independently prepare payroll accounting according to experience, including payroll for mini-jobs, students, temporary workers, interns and short-term employees.
- Maintain master data and transaction data and manage time recording and certification.
- Create payroll statistics and evaluations.
- Clarify payroll tax and social security matters.
- Act as a contact person for assigned customers, offices, health insurance companies and social security agencies.
- Carry out the year-end process and answer related questions.
Requirements
- Initial practical experience in payroll accounting and experience using a common accounting system.
- Knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
- Very good knowledge of German.
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with common MS Office tools.
- Independent, conscientious, well-structured and customer-oriented working style.
