Experienced Payroll Specialist Danish-speaking (SAP Payroll): Orchestrating end-to-end payroll delivery and complex payroll operations for Danish clients through SAP Managed Payroll Services with an accent on process deviations, change requests, compliance, and client communication. Focus on supporting system updates, UAT and parallel runs, documenting payroll processes, and resolving complex cases across international operations.
Location: International hybrid in Malaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Warsaw, or Prague. Flexible working hours and working from home are available.

What you will do
- Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Danish customers.
- Manage process deviations, assess their impact, and recommend solutions.
- Own change requests from requirements and pricing through implementation, documentation, and training.
- Maintain process documentation, including SOPs, DWIs, and guidelines, while ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Handle complex payroll cases, act as the first escalation point, and guide Payroll Administrators.
- Support system updates, testing, implementations, UAT, parallel runs, client communication, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing or BPO environments.
- Fluent Danish and English are required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience with international clients and complex payroll operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tooling is advantageous.
