HR Global Services Advisor for Türkiye and Greece

Location: Based out of the Istanbul or Athens office; listed location is Istanbul, Türkiye.

What you will do

• Deliver HR Global Services across Türkiye and Greece, covering onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, leave, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
• Advise employees, managers, local HR, and business stakeholders on HR processes, HR systems, and local employment legislation.
• Maintain compliant country HR processes, internal controls, audit actions, and regulatory requirements.
• Use Workday, HR platforms, metrics, and analytics to manage employee data and identify service improvements.
• Partner with HR systems and process integration teams to improve workflows, automation, employee experience, and knowledge resources.
• Support regional and global HR projects, employee communications, organizational changes, and complex performance or disciplinary matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent HR services experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR generalist work, HR administration, payroll, or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, local employment legislation, and HR compliance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret people data and HR metrics.
• Understanding of HRIS and HR systems; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Turkish or Greek required.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Power BI experience and interest in HR technology, automation, and data analytics.
