What you will do
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and C-level leaders on strategic projects.
- Use AI tools to redesign workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations while tracking People KPIs for leadership.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, global mobility, and cross-country People operations.
- Partner with the Head of People & Culture and senior leadership on initiatives supporting global growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Strategy, or a related area.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes, automate workflows, and support data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical skills, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, AI innovations, and the future of work.
