What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR queries across the EMEA region, ensuring professional service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding.
• Administer HR processes and policies to ensure full compliance with local legislation and company standards.
• Maintain high data integrity and confidentiality within HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Coordinate new hire inductions and support managers to enhance the first-day experience.
• Collaborate with Senior HR Specialists on process improvements and regional continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a shared services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is a significant advantage.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Must be located in or able to work from Marousi, Greece.
