Management Trainee for People & Culture (Fresh Grad)

What you will do

• Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, and learning and development.
• Support People Operations with data-related tasks and contribute to people analytics.
• Use AI tools to redesign workflows, automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in global mobility processes and cross-country People & Culture operations.
• Organize internal and external People & Culture events and create internal training.
• Work with the Head of People & Culture, People & Culture Leads, other departments, and C-level stakeholders on People & Culture strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Assertive, proactive approach and ability to think ahead.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Interest in recruitment, learning and development, and other People & Culture functions.
