Senior Performance Specialist (Financial Analytics)

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 per year in New York City

What you will do

• Generate and qualify sales opportunities for performance products across buy-side and wealth management clients.
• Analyze client types, investment workflows, and market competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept.
• Coordinate sales engagements with generalist sales, analytics, sales engineering, consulting, implementation, and leadership stakeholders.
• Share client insights with product strategy and development teams, including ideas, defects, and product improvements.
• Report opportunity status to senior management and build relationships across internal and external networks.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in sales and/or client-facing roles, with a strong record of understanding customer needs and building relationships.
• Experience with middle-office and performance workflows; exposure to B-One, Eagle, or StatPro is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• For U.S. locations, legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
