Senior IT & Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Own the internal IT roadmap, priorities, architecture, and standards.
• Manage identity and access, including SSO, SAML, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Own endpoint management, MDM, device compliance, and the global hardware lifecycle.
• Define standards for workplace technology, physical security, and internal tooling.
• Manage IT compliance controls, risk management, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
• Identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and automate internal IT and compliance processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management.
• Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams.
• Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Ability to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure, scalable solutions in an organized manner.
