Senior Enterprise Security Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Paris or Barcelona; includes two remote days per week, one remote work week per quarter, and three flex days.

What you will do

• Translate Cyber and IT strategy into secure enterprise architecture across business, application, data, infrastructure, and technology layers.
• Create architecture models, secure architecture patterns, standards, principles, and technical requirements for complex technology environments.
• Analyze business needs, develop coherent ICT solutions, and turn recommendations into executable roadmaps.
• Advise business and IT stakeholders on enterprise architecture, systems processing, governance, methodologies, and cost efficiency.
• Lead architectural decision-making, reconcile conflicting requirements, and establish validation and governance mechanisms.
• Conduct technical security risk assessments and define actionable mitigations for systems, applications, architectures, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in security and technology, including previous enterprise security architecture experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP cloud and expertise in IAM systems and standards, including Okta.
• Strong understanding of security by design, Zero Trust, defense in depth, and security for Mac endpoints.
• Knowledge of AI security, including MCP, Claude, and Opencode.
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST frameworks, and other compliance and industry standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and collaborate with technical teams, management, and stakeholders.
