Senior IT & Security Manager (IAM/IT Security): Owning and scaling Aikido’s internal IT environment, roadmap, identity systems, devices, offices, and tooling with an accent on secure, scalable operations and compliance. Focus on designing access governance, managing endpoint and hardware lifecycles, automating IT controls, and maintaining readiness for ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits.

What you will do
- Own the internal IT roadmap, priorities, architecture, and standards.
- Manage identity and access, including SSO, SAML, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
- Own endpoint management, MDM, device compliance, and the global hardware lifecycle.
- Define standards for workplace technology, physical security, and internal tooling.
- Manage IT compliance controls, risk management, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
- Identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and automate internal IT and compliance processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company.
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management.
- Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams.
- Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure, scalable solutions; strong organization skills.
