Senior Insight Analyst (Market Research)

Salary: PLN 120,000–170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as a trusted market expert across assigned FMCG or Tech & Durable categories.
• Own client relationships and collaborate with Consulting Teams on briefings, analyses, and presentations.
• Run end-to-end analyses, challenge client hypotheses, and answer complex business questions using fact-based analysis and the SCQA framework.
• Build consultative narratives, quantify business opportunities, and shape client category strategies.
• Identify sales leads, document QBOs, and partner with Account Directors and Consulting Teams.
• Coach junior analysts, contribute to internal initiatives, and use AI tools to improve analysis quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Retail, Market Research, or Consulting, or at least 3 years working directly with NIQ or GfK data.
• Experience with NIQ Discover, RMS, CPS, or equivalent GfK platforms is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical rigour, and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder, and client communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams.
