What you will do
- Plan, implement, support, and improve logistics processes at the manufacturing site in coordination with central logistics planning.
- Plan capacity, resources, material flows, provision concepts, storage levels, FIFO buffers, routes, and Kanban buffers.
- Support Engineering Change activities, industrial manufacturing workshops, carline projects, and emergency planning.
- Lead simpler logistics projects and participate in more complex site logistics projects.
- Optimize delivery time windows, ramp allocations, timetables, exchange trailers, and cooperation between logistics and production.
- Conduct and document packaging and transport tests while ensuring adherence to logistics standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive logistics.
- 1–2 years of experience in material flow planning.
- 1–2 years of experience with lean production.
- Previous project management experience is a plus.
- Work location: Duncan, US.
