Analyst II - Supply Chain Development (Automotive Logistics)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Monthly business travel of approximately 3–4 days and daily overtime may be required based on business and customer demand.

hirify.global is an automotive company developing mobility solutions and operating a hirify.global Production System-based parts supply chain.

What you will do

• Develop and sustain relationships with North American manufacturing companies, service part centers, cross docks, contract logistics providers, and suppliers.
• Create supply chain plans that support smooth parts flow and lowest-cost delivery.
• Make decisions about freight routing, drivers and tractors, yard space, material handling, packaging return flow, and parts order timelines.
• Run planning cycles using hirify.global-developed and commercial software to respond to monthly changes in the sales plan.
• Optimize supply chain networks, analyze large data sets, and implement Kaizen improvements within a $1B+ budget.
• Produce accurate monthly logistics designs while minimizing operational disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, information systems, statistics, mathematics, or another analytical field, or at least four years of supply chain or logistics planning experience.
• At least two years of experience in a supply chain-related field.
• At least one year of project management experience, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and deliverable execution.
• Experience working with fixed timelines and hard milestones.
• Experience with complex data analysis and quantitative methodologies.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Over-the-road or rail logistics planning experience in automotive or other high-cost, high-volume environments.
• Experience with repeatable operating procedures, quality confirmation checks, hirify.global Business Practice, or 5 Why analysis.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, optimization software, SAP, LLamasoft, ERP, or eKanban.
• Experience leading cross-functional working groups.
