Social Media Lead

Location: Remote role for candidates based in New York City or the surrounding area, with proximity required for occasional studio work; travel up to 25%.

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 USD per year plus a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Execute hirify.global’s social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Produce, edit, and publish social-first content, with a strong focus on short-form video.
• Build repeatable systems for content planning, capture workflows, calendars, and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with founders, leadership, Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Design Studio, and other stakeholders to develop content opportunities.
• Attend events and key company moments to capture content and support hirify.global’s social presence.
• Track reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and publishing cadence to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for a technology, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand.
• Professional short-form video editing and production skills, including independent work in Adobe Premiere or a comparable tool.
• Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific audience and distribution dynamics.
• Strong understanding of social and creator economy trends and the ability to evaluate what earns attention.
• Ability to appear on camera and capture content independently in a remote environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills at CEFR C2 or equivalent.

• Experience developing long-form content with short-form distribution in mind.
• Experience supporting partnerships, events, community initiatives, or customer-story content.
