What you will do

• Own Replit's AEO/GEO strategy across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build programs to earn trusted citations across Reddit, YouTube, authoritative publications, community content, and owned pages.
• Run SEO end to end, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content-driven growth, and site relaunch coordination.
• Build an AI-assisted content engine for blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources.
• Develop measurement for AI referral traffic, AI-answer share of voice, citation tracking, signups, and revenue; run controlled experiments.
• Direct search and AI-visibility agencies, vendors, and tools while partnering with web, growth, brand, content, product, engineering, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content-driven acquisition, including hands-on AEO/GEO work within the last year.
• Demonstrated results in growing AI referral traffic, earning citations, improving rankings, and measuring business impact.
• Technical SEO fluency across keyword research, crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture, and log analysis.
• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve and cite sources across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Ability to build credible measurement connecting organic visibility to traffic, signups, product adoption, and revenue.
• Strong collaboration, writing, agency direction, founder mindset, and willingness to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience making AI answers a primary acquisition channel at a PLG, consumer, or developer-facing software company.
• Deep Reddit fluency and experience running YouTube as an organic discovery channel.
• Experience with AI-visibility and citation-tracking tools such as Profound, Peec, or Ahrefs Brand Radar.
• Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale or experience directing SEO/AEO agencies and fractional specialists.
• Experience building with Replit or other AI building tools.
