Junior Financial Analyst

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid

What you will do

• Support month-end and year-end close activities in line with accounting policies and IFRS.
• Maintain selected balance sheet accounts, including reconciliations, analysis, and resolution of outstanding items.
• Help prepare forecasts, financial plans, and annual budgets for the assigned region or function.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial and management reports for business decision-making.
• Partner with other teams on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and value creation.
• Contribute to finance process standardization and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting, audit, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Fluency in English.
