Senior Technology Project and Program Manager

Location: Pune, India. The role requires substantial availability during Central Time Zone business hours. Candidates may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale technology programs, multi-system integrations, complex business projects, and strategic initiatives from initiation through deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
• Manage enterprise projects involving multiple workstreams, systems, business functions, vendors, dependencies, and global stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and steering committees, providing clear updates on risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Translate technical, operational, and business concepts into clear, outcome-focused communication for leaders and stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading complex technology projects, programs, systems integrations, business transformations, or operational initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives involving multiple systems, functions, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex global matrix organizations and collaborating with technology, operations, finance, product, compliance, business, and vendor teams.
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, resource, financial, budget, and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, meeting facilitation, documentation, and project performance reporting skills.
• At least 5 years of experience facilitating executive governance meetings and steering committees, with substantial availability during Central Time Zone business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP consolidation, complex systems integrations, business process transformation, operational improvement, or compliance initiatives.
• Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
