Senior DevSecOps Engineer (DevSecOps)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid with 50% remote work

Rate: 150 PLN / hour

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain security automations, internal tools, templates, and AppSec platform capabilities.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using a security-first approach and integrate security controls into development workflows.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
• Support cloud and Infrastructure as Code initiatives and define technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support PI Planning, delivery processes, and blocker removal.
• Coach development teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Application Security.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and AppSec practices, including OWASP, SAST, and DAST.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 minimum for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container security.
• Knowledge of internal developer platforms.
• Experience with compliance automation and security tooling.
• Active Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM.
