Associate, ETF & Alternatives Marketing

Salary: $87,000–$93,000 base salary, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Execute website updates and digital content initiatives across ETFs, alternatives, and other strategic growth markets.
• Manage audience segmentation, list management, and email journeys supporting advisor engagement.
• Oversee collateral development and maintain organized, accessible marketing materials.
• Coordinate creative production with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Support campaign reporting frameworks, performance measurement, and optimization.
• Enable sales teams with timely communications and integrate growth initiatives into Advisor Forum and account-based marketing activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in financial services or fixed income.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, identify insights, streamline workflows, and enhance marketing execution.
• Strong project management discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet applications, including basic functions, error checking, and list management.
• Confidence working independently, cross-functionally, and with senior sales and product stakeholders.
