What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Develop event strategies to attract prospective clients and showcase the value proposition of Private Wealth Management.
• Manage event logistics from venue selection to on-site execution.
• Utilize Salesforce to track attendee data, manage registrations, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors, marketing teams, and compliance officers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.
