Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (SaaS)

Location: Remote Poland / Remote Europe; fully remote

hirify.global is an infrastructure orchestration platform for traditional and AI-accelerated infrastructure, integrating with Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and Ansible.

What you will do

• Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly or rolling forecasts with department heads.
• Build and maintain P&L, headcount, operating expense, and cash-flow models, explaining budget-versus-actual variances.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering on planning and business decisions.
• Analyze sales pipeline conversion, coverage, weighted forecasts, channel profitability, margins, and incentive costs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and support board and investor materials.
• Connect CRM, billing, and finance data for recurring and ad hoc analysis while improving FP&A tooling and reporting automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A, preferably in B2B commercial environments.
• Hands-on experience with planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and translating financial data into business decisions.
• Strong Excel skills, business acumen, and curiosity about the drivers behind financial results.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have

• CIMA or ACCA certification, or active progress toward one.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar CRM data.
• Background in a SaaS or software business.
