What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production execution across fabrication, assembly, and finishing, with accountability for schedule adherence, yield, rework, and process stability.
• Develop standard work, process flows, work instructions, control plans, and PFMEAs to transition prototype builds into repeatable production.
• Partner with Advanced Engineering during PDR and CDR to improve part segmentation, material and process selection, and assembly strategy.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes, material handling, traceability, tooling, facilities, equipment, and automation requirements.
• Build technician capability through training paths, visual instructions, certification, and 5S practices.
• Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and process variability using production data.

Requirements

• Hands-on manufacturing experience across fabrication, assembly, and finishing of structural parts.
• Experience combining process engineering with production execution and floor-level build support.
• Proven experience scaling parts from prototypes and one-off builds into low-rate production.
• Demonstrated improvements to yield, cycle time, or process stability, supported by measurable results.
• Working knowledge of CNC machines, presses, and/or forming systems.
• Experience influencing design decisions through manufacturability analysis during PDR or CDR.
