Senior Backend Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop backend software using one or more of C#, .NET, Java, or Go.
• Apply software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Work with cloud systems such as AWS or Azure and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and use relational and non-relational databases, including Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Use AI coding assistants and prompt engineering for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate within a multicultural team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong coding skills in one or more of C#, .NET, Java, or Go.
• Knowledge of cloud systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational and non-relational databases.
• Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
