What you will do
- Design and build core backend systems powering autonomous AI agents.
- Create APIs and services to handle high-scale, real-time workflows.
- Orchestrate asynchronous systems using message queues like Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.
- Optimize performance, cost, and reliability within AI-driven pipelines.
- Ship features end-to-end within a small, senior-led team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in system design and distributed systems.
- Experience with async processing and message queues.
- Familiarity with relational or document databases.
- Must be based in the EU.
- Clear communication skills and high sense of ownership.
