What you will do

• Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the platform from architecture to production.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C#/.NET while contributing to system architecture.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs and intelligent workflows, into the product.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Utilize AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate development and maintain high output quality.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to elevate the engineering team's standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Strong backend background with professional C#/.NET experience preferred (or willingness to transition from Java/Python/Go).
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features (LLMs, embeddings, agents) and understanding their trade-offs.
• Daily usage of AI coding tools in your development workflow.
• Solid grasp of software design principles, including clean code, SOLID, and API design.
• Experience with relational databases, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), and modern practices like CI/CD and Docker/Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating LLM-based features (prompt engineering, RAG patterns).
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas or industrial asset-intensive domains.
• Full-stack development experience with React.
• Background in multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
