What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Sales Cloud functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and support Salesforce applications integrated with Claude.ai and related AI services.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and upstream and downstream systems.
• Support multi-org consolidation through metadata alignment, data migration, and permission and sharing-model harmonization.
• Implement and enhance Salesforce CPQ, quoting, and other revenue-related capabilities.
• Ensure code quality, automated testing, CI/CD practices, release-process compliance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud configuration, data models, security, and sharing models.
• Experience with GitLab, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or a recurring-revenue SaaS business.
• Exposure to multi-org consolidation and large-scale data migration.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or custom quoting implementations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tooling and Agile delivery.
