Lead Application Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own and support the Salesforce environment, including objects, fields, record types, layouts, validation rules, workflows, approvals, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, data governance, data quality, deduplication, imports, exports, audits, and backups.
• Customize Salesforce interfaces and metadata, and design declarative automation with Flows and approval processes.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Perform platform maintenance, manage releases, and coordinate weekly deployments using CI/CD tools and manual pre- and post-deployment checks.
• Support integrations, remediate technical debt, resolve production issues, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• B.E. degree or equivalent.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce PD1 certification required.
• 7–12 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, release management, and platform updates.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Hands-on Salesforce deployment experience with CI/CD or changesets.
• Active involvement in the Salesforce community.
