Location: In-office role within 's U.S. footprint, based in a hub location. Potential hubs include Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Troy, and Washington, DC.

Salary: $39,100–$126,500 base salary per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do
- Participate in a 24–30-month Commercial and Corporate Banking Development Program.
- Build knowledge of credit solutions, risk management, banking products, and client-facing practices through classroom and on-the-job learning.
- Support businesses, municipalities, nonprofits, and healthcare and specialty-industry organizations with financial analysis and banking solutions.
- Assist with deal support, sales, process support, customer interactions, and internal projects under supervision.
- Support credit products activities, including loan structuring, transaction underwriting, and loan portfolio management.
- Network with business representatives and peers, participate in mentoring and job shadowing, and provide customer service and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
- Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
- Preferred business-relevant major, such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Communications, Logistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, business acumen, accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Must be able to work in-office within 's U.S. footprint; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT are not available.
