Senior Securities Analyst Associate (Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Provide fixed income research coverage for assigned industries and sectors.
• Analyze financial statements, industry data, and market dynamics to develop credit profiles and valuation frameworks for individual issuers.
• Support issuer and security recommendations with financial statement models, data analysis, and valuation models.
• Generate portfolio recommendations using financial, technical, and valuation metrics.
• Work with large datasets by sourcing, cleaning, validating, and interpreting data for analytical use.
• Build or enhance quantitative models, analytics, and automation tools.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience or knowledge in financial analysis, financial statement analysis, quantitative research, statistical modeling, regression, and financial time series.
• Programming or quantitative skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with FactSet and/or Bloomberg.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SMA trading, portfolio implementation, and portfolio maintenance.
• Familiarity with equity direct indexing, customization, rebalancing, and tracking error management.
• Progress toward the CFA designation.
