Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Produce portfolio construction analyses, performance attribution commentaries, portfolio reviews, and strategy reviews.
• Build customized investment solutions for US private wealth clients.
• Partner with product, portfolio management, account management, and business development teams.
• Support the development and implementation of growth-market vehicles, including ETFs, tokenization, SMAs, and model portfolios.
• Define distribution, partnership, resource, budget, and fee strategies across business lines.
• Monitor financial markets, the global economic environment, and the asset and wealth management industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in asset or wealth management and advanced understanding of fixed income.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication, client relationship, independent working, and collaboration skills.
• Successful completion of FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams within the first three months if not already obtained.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with AI-based tools; coding experience is optional.
