What you will do

• Drive commercial outcomes through active client engagement, meetings, and conference presentations.
• Serve as the primary product expert on Fundamental Equity investment strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and deliver custom client proposals and investment solutions tailored to individual investor goals.
• Partner with the portfolio management team to identify and develop new investment products.
• Create thought leadership content and market outlooks in collaboration with researchers and salespeople.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts and associates to develop the next generation of talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in finance or asset management.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles working with institutional clients, financial advisors, and HNW individuals.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures and instruments, including separate accounts and ETFs.
• Advanced financial, statistical, and investment expertise.
• Must be based in New York, NY and willing to travel for client engagement.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent communication skills.
