Assembly and Test NPI Integrator

Location: On-site in Penang, Malaysia; Shift 1 (Malaysia).

What you will do

• Plan and manage New Product Introduction activities from engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate build execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Develop NPI execution plans, define dependencies and estimates, and track project schedules and performance against milestones.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, including system setup, process flows, material readiness, capacity, and data collection.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing alignment, investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate risk mitigation and resolution.
• Document process flows, build routing, BOMs, qualification artifacts, and factory certification documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or related engineering roles.
• Knowledge of assembly and/or test processes, technology development transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, organizational, project coordination, and prioritization skills.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
