Associate APAC Payroll Specialist

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Process monthly payrolls for clients in the Philippines and other APAC countries.
• Execute payroll payments and social contributions according to local statutory requirements and company policies.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.
• Distribute payroll reports to relevant business units.
• Maintain and update payroll manuals.
• Respond to client payroll matters and queries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Relevant experience with end-to-end payroll processing; experience with payroll in additional countries is a plus.
• Current knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and manual payroll processing.
• Systematic and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required for working with clients and international business partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
