Senior AI Developer (Fullstack with AI development)

Location: India — work from home, remote

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, reliable full-stack AI-powered applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered features with AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs for AI workflows.
• Deploy and debug containerized services on Kubernetes with the platform team.
• Contribute to shared libraries, reusable components, and internal AI enablement tools.
• Support and mentor AI Developers through code reviews and technical guidance, while contributing to architecture discussions and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of software development experience.
• Strong Python proficiency for backend and AI workflow development.
• Full-stack experience with React or Next.js and backend engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and IAM.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, Kubernetes, and production-grade REST API design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; strong communication and agile collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector stores, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or Grafana.
• Platform or infrastructure engineering experience, including internal developer platforms.
• Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation experience.
