Senior IA Engineers (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models.
• Design RAG architectures, knowledge retrieval pipelines, memory management, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI services and agents with enterprise platforms, internal tools, and third-party applications.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs and ensure the scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability of production AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including designing and delivering AI-powered applications.
• Proven experience building and operating Large Language Model solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Strong experience with RAG architectures, knowledge retrieval systems, vector databases, and relational SQL databases.
• Strong backend development experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks, plus REST API development.
• Experience integrating AI services and external APIs and deploying cloud-native solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar foundation model providers.
• Experience with MCP, AI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and agent performance tuning.
