What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives for the Global Wealth Management Growth Markets group.
• Contribute to growth initiatives across SMAs, ETFs, models, insurance solutions, and blockchain/tokenization.
• Research financial markets, macroeconomics, fixed-income markets, investment products, and business strategy.
• Help develop client relationships into strategic partnerships for financial intermediaries and their advisors.
• Use emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to solve problems and improve business outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver completed work within expected timelines.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree and enrolled at a university during Fall 2027.
• Must be able to begin full-time employment from a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent, at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Business-proficient English required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, investment finance, fixed-income markets, investment products, and business strategy.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; clear written and verbal communication, organization, flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Coursework in finance or capital markets.
• Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools in academic or professional projects.
