Early Career Intern - Fundamental Equities

Location: New York office, with at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional investment teams on assigned tasks, initiatives, and projects.
• Conduct valuation of target companies using comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Research industry trends, financial statements, and market data.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Present findings to management and participate in team meetings covering macro investment processes and performance metrics.
• Attend training, networking, mentoring, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investments.
• Familiarity with Excel and financial statement analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or business.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking experience.
• Experience prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Investment management internship experience.
• Experience gathering and interpreting market data.
