What you will do

• Research the drivers of economies and global financial markets.
• Develop systematic indicators and algorithms that process economic data and generate market views.
• Monitor markets, form independent investment views, and oversee portfolio positioning.
• Translate investment insights into data and mathematical expressions, then stress-test them through time.
• Help advance collaboration between human investors and machine-powered investment systems.
• Partner with sophisticated institutional investors through research, market perspectives, and tailored portfolio solutions.

Requirements

• Strong curiosity and a drive to understand how economies and markets work.
• Independent, conceptual, and analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into quantifiable measures.
• Ability to draw insights from economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, statistics, political science, history, natural science, or other disciplines.
• Excellent collaboration skills, perseverance, and determination to improve rapidly.
• Interest in macroeconomic research, financial markets, systematic investing, and human-machine collaboration.
