What you will do

• Support the Global Wealth Management Alternatives Group’s strategic initiatives.
• Help educate, service, and grow the distribution of alternatives solutions across wealth markets.
• Develop clear ideas and strategies for verbal and written communication.
• Build client relationships and support strategic partnerships across financial intermediaries.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver completed work within expected timelines.
• Use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to solve problems and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
• Must be able to begin full-time employment from a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative collegiate GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Coursework in finance or capital markets.
• Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools in academic or professional projects.
