Trader Summer Internship (Options Market Making)

Base salary: $110,000 pro-rated

What you will do

• Learn the foundations of options market making, including pricing, probability, and risk.
• Complete classroom-based training during the first 2–3 weeks of the 9-week program.
• Spend most of the internship in trading simulations and mock trading sessions.
• Use trader tools or build your own tools while observing live market trades.
• Gain exposure to different desks through shadowing and project work.
• Participate in macroeconomics and technical training sessions and receive ongoing feedback.

Requirements

• Be a penultimate-year undergraduate or master's student.
• Strong numeracy skills and a solid understanding of probability and statistics.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and curiosity to learn.
• Willingness to adopt and use emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions under uncertainty, synthesize information, and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative, accountable, results-focused, and able to take initiative.
