What you will do

• Lead investment origination across Sydney and New South Wales.
• Identify, back, and support exceptional founders at the earliest stage.
• Serve as the primary leader for Residency founders in Sydney.
• Develop and deliver portfolio strategy to drive significant company outcomes.
• Lead post-investment work for selected portfolio companies.
• Participate as a voting member of the Investment Committee and contribute to the global partnership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Tier 1 VC-backed startup, a venture capital firm, or as a founder who has raised venture capital.
• Strong technical and AI depth, with credibility in product, engineering, and technology discussions.
• An active network of Tier 1 founders, investors, and operators across Australia.
• Understanding of how capital is raised and deployed.
• Exceptional achievement in education, sports, or career.
• Must be based in Sydney.
