What you will do
- Support the General Manager, Investor Relations, CFO and CEOs in developing the equity story, investor messaging and market Q&A.
- Prepare investor and disclosure materials, including results releases, annual reporting content, presentations, shareholder communications and ASX announcements.
- Coordinate investor engagement activities, analyst and adviser interactions, results, trading updates, AGMs, conferences and investor days.
- Maintain investor targeting, meeting records, feedback loops, investor website content and webcast materials.
- Conduct quantitative and strategic analysis covering consensus, peer benchmarks, KPIs, market data, valuation and sector research.
- Translate investor and analyst feedback into concise insights for senior management and coordinate disclosure workflows with Legal, Finance and the Company Secretary.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or a related capital markets role.
- Strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure and listed-company reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial, technical and regulatory information clearly.
- Strong financial, quantitative and strategic analysis skills, including experience with models, KPI packs and research outputs.
- High attention to detail, disciplined version control and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
- Experience working with senior executives, external advisers, legal counsel and institutional investors.
Nice to have
- IPO or major transaction experience in technology, infrastructure, energy or high-growth sectors.
- Relationships with Australian institutional investors, sell-side analysts, capital markets advisers or ECM teams.
- Experience with IR CRM tools, ASX Online, FactSet, Bloomberg, Refinitiv or shareholder analytics.
- Exposure to sustainability, regional development or public policy narratives related to critical infrastructure.
