Focus on building portfolio yield and pricing-realisation workstreams, hardening pricing infrastructure, analysing funding costs and margins, and driving post-change effectiveness analysis.

What you will do
- Own pricing across the full product suite, including product and channel positioning, competitive response, discretion frameworks, and new-product launches.
- Maintain the Pricing Monitor, Rate Card Master, system rate reconciliations, and Pricing Committee processes.
- Perform unit economics checks covering NIM, contribution margin, floor gap, and funding cost mechanics for pricing changes.
- Build portfolio pricing analytics covering yield decomposition, pricing realisation, discharge economics, back-book monitoring, and repricing candidates.
- Develop competitive intelligence, BDM deal-level analysis, pricing effectiveness scorecards, and borrower persona insights.
- Partner with Marketing, Credit, Product, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and Risk on pricing decisions, product design, funding inputs, and rate-change communications.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a non-bank lender, bank, or mortgage aggregator with direct exposure to pricing, portfolio analytics, or treasury.
- Residential or commercial lending domain knowledge.
- Experience owning a rate card, loading matrix, or Pricing Committee process.
- Strong understanding of IRR, NIM waterfall, contribution margin, and funding cost mechanics.
- Excellent modelling discipline and ability to independently run post-change effectiveness analysis.
- Clear, structured writing for Pricing Committee memos and internal communications, with the ability to chair the committee when required.
Nice to have
- Experience with warehouse funding cost mechanics.
- Fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including maintaining and reusing a prompt library.
