Senior Treasury Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Administer debt facilities, including facility records, interest accruals, fees, covenant reporting, lender certificates, and debt-related payments.
• Manage cash balances, weekly funding, medium-term cash forecasting, short-term investments, bank accounts, and counterparty exposure monitoring.
• Coordinate FX and interest-rate hedging activities, confirmations, settlements, valuations, hedge accounting support, and effectiveness testing.
• Execute and maintain bank guarantees, including issuance, amendments, tracking, releases, registers, and fee accounting.
• Prepare treasury, facility, liquidity, counterparty, audit, customer-contract, lender, investor, and SPV funding reports.
• Support intercompany funding and treasury systems implementation, including automated bank feeds, NetSuite integration, payment automation, and straight-through processing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, corporate treasury, project finance operations, banking, or a related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of debt facility administration, cash management, payments, bank accounts, covenants, interest accruals, fees, and treasury reporting.
• Working knowledge of FX, derivatives, confirmations, settlements, hedge accounting support, valuations, and counterparty reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, banking platforms, treasury management systems, payment automation, and AI tools.
• High attention to detail, a strong control mindset, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and treasury workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with Finance, Legal, Company Secretariat, banks, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, technology, energy, data centre, project finance, or listed-company environments.
• Familiarity with lender reporting, covenant models, controlled accounts, liquidity requirements, and intercompany funding.
