Location: Remote (Sydney-based company)
is a healthcare technology company building diagnostic AI solutions to scale global healthcare capacity and improve patient outcomes.
What you will do
- Own the monthly management reporting cycle for squad-based and entity-level P&L, including variance analysis.
- Build and maintain the FY budget and rolling forecast across all squads and entities.
- Report CARR movements and reconcile Salesforce opportunity data to signed contracts.
- Model unit economics for SaaS and teleradiology services, including pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with the data team to automate reporting pipelines in NetSuite and Databricks.
- Support audit, statutory reporting, and IPO-readiness workstreams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, or investment banking.
- Expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and FX translation.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including three-statement and driver-based models.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
Nice to have
- CA, CPA, or CFA certification.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Databricks.
- Background in SaaS metrics or regulated industries like healthcare.
- Experience with pre-IPO or listed-company reporting.
